Orders are usually prepared and processed within 5 business days after payment has been confirmed. After dispatch, standard delivery generally takes approximately 10–20 business days.

A flat standard shipping fee of $2.99 USD applies to international orders unless a different shipping rate is clearly displayed during checkout. Any applicable shipping charges will be shown before you complete your purchase.

Eligible products may be returned within 14 calendar days after delivery. For a standard return, the product should remain unused and in its original condition, with original packaging and accessories where applicable. Please contact customer support before sending any product back so return authorization and instructions can be provided.

After an approved return has been received and inspected, approved refunds are typically processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time before the refund appears in your account.
